Dear Coach,

The Kentucky HS Coaches Association and its sponsors will be playing the second annual East vs. West All Star Football game this summer. General admission tickets to the game will be $10.00 with children age 6 and under free.

We are going to sell pre-sale tickets up to May 31st for $5.00 per ticket for you, your staff and/or players. Orders can also be made if you are bringing your team (20 or more) with ticket prices at $5.00 each. Fill out the order form below and mail/fax to me with a check or I can bill your school for you. Make checks out to East - West All Stars. Tickets will be at the “will call” window on game day for you to pick up.
